Skin and the Idea of Beauty are Deeply Pesonal
An Integral Approach to Skincare
I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about where I fit as an esthetician because I never felt completely at home in one camp or the other.
I remember thinking, “I just like whatever works.”
If an organic ingredient helps support your skin and it thrives, wonderful. If a scientifically developed peptide, growth factor, or vitamin encourages your skin to carry out its natural processes more effectively, that’s wonderful too.
I’ve never believed it has to be one or the other.
What I’ve always believed is that our skin functions best when we support it.
Healthy Skin is More Beautiful than Perfect Skin
Beautiful skin, to me, is simply the by-product of healthy skin.
Perfection isn’t the absence of every line, pore, freckle, or wrinkle. It’s the presence of health.
I love skin that has life to it.
Skin with healthy circulation. Skin with strong barrier function. Skin with good muscle tone. Skin that glows because it’s functioning well—not because it has been filtered into perfection.
Aging Isn’t the Enemy
I’m expressive. I laugh with my whole face. I smile with my eyes. My face tells the story of my life, and that’s something I want to keep.
I don’t mind that I’ve laughed. I don’t mind that I have freckles—even if I know they’re technically sun damage. I don’t want to erase every bit of character that makes me recognizable to myself.
To me, well-cared-for skin is incredibly elegant.
It looks like someone who has lived a beautiful life and continues to care for themselves along the way.
That said, I also know what it feels like to look in the mirror and think, “That doesn’t look like me.”
To feel well-rested and happy on the inside but look exhausted, angry, or older than you feel. To notice changes in your neck or your face and feel disconnected from your reflection.
That feeling is real.
When your outside no longer feels like it matches your inside, it can affect your confidence in ways people don’t always talk about.
Feeling good in your skin creates a ripple effect. It changes the way you move through your day.
Cosmetic Treatments Have Their Place
And sometimes extra medical help is exactly the right answer.
Botox, lasers, fillers, surgery, resurfacing—those treatments absolutely have a place, and for many people they can be wonderful.
But no matter what path someone chooses, I believe healthy skin still matters.
You can smooth a wrinkle or restore volume, but if the skin itself isn’t healthy—if its barrier is compromised, its cells aren’t functioning well, and it isn’t receiving the support it needs—you lose part of what made those treatments beautiful in the first place.
Healthy skin is the foundation.
Everything else simply builds upon it.
When I walk into a room, I don’t want one manufactured feature to stand out.
I want people to notice vitality.
Healthy skin.
Brightness.
Warmth.
I want to look like myself—just well cared for.
That’s what I’m chasing.
My Role isn’t to Define Beauty
My philosophy doesn’t have to become yours.
My role isn’t to decide what beauty should mean to you.
My role is to listen.
To understand your goals without judgment.
To combine those goals with my education, experience, and clinical knowledge, and together create a plan that supports your skin in the healthiest way possible.
Your Skincare Treatment Should be Personal
Whether your approach is simple or advanced…
Whether you love organic skincare or cutting-edge technology…
Whether your goal is prevention, correction, maintenance, or simply taking an hour to care for yourself…
You belong here.
My Commitment to Every Client.
I’m not committed to a specific treatment.
I’m not committed to a particular product.
I’m committed to you.
We’ll adjust when your skin changes.
We’ll pivot when something isn’t working.
We’ll celebrate what’s working.
And if I believe someone else can serve you better than I can, I’ll help you find them.
Because my loyalty has never been to a philosophy.
It’s always been to the person sitting in my treatment room.
Healthy skin may look different for every person.
Beautiful skin certainly does.
My hope is simply to help you become the healthiest, strongest, most confident version of yourself—whatever that looks like to you.
