Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Gift of Gratitude Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Float Spa Raleigh North, located at 6520-120 Falls of Neuse Road, Raleigh, NC 27615 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside within the Greater Raleigh area.
Both the individual submitting the nomination and the nominated recipient must meet these eligibility requirements.
Employees and owners of Float Spa Raleigh North and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins November 12, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends November 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
Visit the official Gift of Gratitude Giveaway post on Float Spa Raleigh North's Instagram account.
Leave a comment nominating someone you are grateful for and briefly explain why you appreciate them.
You may mention the nominee's Instagram account in your comment, but tagging is not required.
Following Float Spa Raleigh North, liking the post, and sharing the Giveaway are appreciated but not required and do not increase the chances of winning.
Limit one entry per person. Multiple nominations of the same individual are permitted, but each nominated individual may receive only one chance in the random drawing.
No purchase, payment, appointment, or spa visit is required.
5. Prize
One (1) nominated individual will receive a complimentary Flossage Experience, consisting of:
One 60-minute float therapy session
One 60-minute massage therapy session
Approximate Retail Value: $209
The prize has no cash value, is nontransferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
Appointments are subject to availability and standard spa booking policies. Services may be scheduled separately.
The recipient must meet applicable health and safety requirements for each service.
The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the winner's notification.
6. Winner Selection
One winning nominee will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible, unique nominated individuals.
The drawing will take place on or about November 24, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible, unique nominees received.
The emotional content or length of a nomination will not influence the random selection.
7. Winner Notification
The Sponsor will attempt to contact the selected nominee through Instagram, directly or with assistance from the nominating participant.
The selected nominee must respond within 72 hours of notification and confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize.
If the selected nominee cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to respond within the specified period, an alternate nominee may be selected through a random drawing.
The winner's name or Instagram handle will only be publicly announced with their permission.
8. Publicity and Privacy
By participating, entrants acknowledge that their nomination comments may be publicly visible on Instagram.
Float Spa Raleigh North may request permission to feature selected nominations in its social media content. No private information, nomination excerpts, or identifying details beyond the original public comment will be republished for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
Personal information collected for prize fulfillment will be used solely to administer the Giveaway unless the individual separately consents to marketing communications.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, abusive, automated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for Instagram outages, technical malfunctions, or entries that are not received or visible during the Giveaway Period.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Float Spa Raleigh North and its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Official Rules waives any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants fully release Instagram from any and all liability arising out of or relating to this Giveaway.
Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Float Spa Raleigh North and not to Instagram.
12. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
