1. Sponsor
First Responder Appreciation Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Float Spa Raleigh North ("Sponsor"), Raleigh, North Carolina.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:
Are at least 18 years old.
Are currently employed or actively serving as firefighters, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), paramedics, law enforcement officers, or emergency communications/911 dispatchers.
Work or volunteer in the Greater Raleigh, North Carolina area.
Employees and owners of Float Spa Raleigh North and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Nominations open October 13, 2026, and close October 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
The random drawing will take place on October 28, 2026, in recognition of National First Responders Day.
4. How to Enter
Participants may nominate an eligible first responder using any of the following methods:
Instagram: Comment on the official giveaway announcement posted by Float Spa Raleigh North, identifying the nominee and briefly explaining why they deserve recognition.
Facebook: Comment on the official giveaway announcement posted by Float Spa Raleigh North, identifying the nominee and briefly explaining why they deserve recognition.
Website: Complete the official nomination form on the Float Spa Raleigh North website.
Nominators may submit multiple nominations for different eligible individuals.
Each eligible first responder will receive only one entry in the random drawing, regardless of the number of nominations received or the platform used.
Self-nominations are permitted.
No purchase, payment, social media follow, or marketing subscription is required.
5. Prize
Three (3) eligible first responders will receive a complimentary spa experience at Float Spa Raleigh North.
The prize includes the winner's choice of any two services offered by Float Spa Raleigh North, including float therapy, contrast therapy, massage, and skincare services.
Services are subject to availability, applicable health and safety requirements, and standard appointment scheduling procedures.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $140-450
Number of prizes awarded: Three (3).
6. Winner Selection
Three eligible first responders will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible nominees received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will take place on October 28, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of unique eligible nominees.
Each selected winner must confirm eligibility and accept the prize within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
If the selected winners cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or does not meet eligibility requirements, an alternate recipient may be selected through another random drawing.
7. Winner Notification
Float Spa Raleigh North will attempt to contact the selected individuals privately using available nomination information.
If contact information is unavailable, Sponsor may contact the nominator to facilitate communication.
The winner's identity will not be publicly disclosed without their permission.
8. Prize Redemption
The winners must schedule their services within six (6) months of accepting the prize.
Services may be scheduled on separate dates if desired.
All appointments are subject to availability and applicable service policies.
No purchase is required to redeem the prize.
9. Privacy
Information collected through the nomination process will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the selected individuals, and deliver the prizes.
By submitting a digital nomination form (including, but not limited to the ones found on FSRN’s website, booking platform, email links, or SMS links), the nominator agrees for their information to be added to FSRN’s email and SMS marketing list which are subject to FSRN’s privacy policy and terms and conditions. To avoid being added to FSRN’s marketing list, individuals may nominate candidates by commenting the name or social media handle of their nominee on the official giveaway announcement on Instagram or Facebook.
Nominators should avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential details about nominees.
Nomination stories will not be published or used in promotional materials without appropriate permission.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
By participating, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from liability arising from the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Participants must comply with the applicable social media platform's rules.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity or administration, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet connections, or submissions not received.
All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
12. Acceptance of Rules
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the Sweepstakes will be final, subject to applicable law.
