Master Membership Agreement

By enrolling in any Float Spa Raleigh North membership, I agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. MEMBERSHIP AUTHORIZATION

I authorize Float Spa Raleigh North to charge the payment method on file for all membership dues, applicable taxes, late fees, cancellation fees, retail purchases, service upgrades, enhancements, and other authorized charges associated with my account.

Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle until cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.

  1. MEMBERSHIP TERM

All memberships require an initial minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly payments.

After the initial commitment period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Float Spa Raleigh North.

Cancellation requests become effective thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice.

Membership charges occurring during the notice period remain due and payable.

No refunds will be issued for any membership fees already charged.

  1. MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY

Members may request one membership freeze per calendar year for medical reasons, extended travel, military service, or other circumstances approved by Float Spa Raleigh North.

Membership freezes may not exceed ninety (90) consecutive days.

Membership benefits may not be used during a freeze period.

The membership term will be extended by the duration of the approved freeze.

Float Spa Raleigh North reserves the right to approve or deny freeze requests.

  1. PAYMENT FAILURE

If a scheduled membership payment is declined, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

Members remain responsible for all outstanding membership charges.

Float Spa Raleigh North reserves the right to charge any valid payment method on file to recover outstanding balances.

  1. MEMBERSHIP CREDITS

Membership credits are added to the member account on the billing date associated with the membership.

Membership credits apply only to the services, durations, and benefits specified in the Membership Schedule. Upgrades, enhancements, add-ons, and extended service durations may require additional payment.

Upgrade fees may apply for extended session lengths, premium service options, therapist upgrades, skincare boosters, hot stones, aromatherapy, additional guests, or other enhancements.

Unused credits expire according to the terms of the selected membership.

Expired credits have no cash value and will not be reinstated.

Unused credits are non-refundable.

  1. TRANSFERABILITY

Memberships are non-transferable.

Certain memberships may allow sharing of included monthly services as described in the Membership Schedule.

Transferred services may only be used by guests approved by Float Spa Raleigh North.

Member-rate services purchased beyond the monthly included services may not be transferred unless specifically stated otherwise.

Float Spa Raleigh North reserves the right to revoke sharing privileges if abuse is suspected.

  1. NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

Appointments cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time and appointments missed without notice may be subject to the cancellation fees outlined in the Membership Schedule.

Cancellation fees may be charged to the payment method on file.

  1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Float Spa Raleigh North will make reasonable efforts to provide all membership services.

Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, repairs, staffing shortages, equipment failure, weather events, power outages, public health concerns, or circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute grounds for refund, cancellation, or breach of this Agreement.

  1. MEMBER DISCOUNTS

Membership discounts apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

Member pricing and discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

  1. PRICE CHANGES

Float Spa Raleigh North reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, policies, and program structure upon thirty (30) days written notice.

Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Participation in float therapy, contrast therapy, massage therapy, skincare services, and related services is subject to all applicable waivers, safety guidelines, health restrictions, contraindications, and facility policies.

Float Spa Raleigh North reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when participation may present a health or safety concern.

  1. MEMBER CONDUCT

Float Spa Raleigh North reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for inappropriate conduct, harassment, abuse of membership privileges, fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or behavior that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of other guests.

  1. NO CASH VALUE

Membership services, credits, discounts, benefits, and promotional offers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

Membership benefits may not be used for commercial purposes, promotional giveaways, contests, or resale.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Float Spa Raleigh North's total liability arising from membership participation shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by the member during the three (3) months immediately preceding any claim.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina.

  1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By enrolling in a membership, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Float Spa Raleigh North Membership Agreement and Membership Schedule.
